Returns & Refunds

We are excited for your to try Pac Pac Snacks products. If you receive your first order and decide it's not for you, please send an email to support@pacpacsnacks.com within 7 days of receiving it and we will happily refund your first order. 

Please note that we do not accept returns of food items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@pacpacsnacks.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
