Great question! Each bag of Pac Pac Snacks contains about 6g of fiber in total. However, due to FDA labeling guidelines, nutrition facts are listed per serving—and values under 1g of fiber per serving are required to be rounded down to 0g.
Since each serving of our konjac jelly contains about 0.6g of fiber, it shows up as 0g on the label.

Konjac jelly treats usually come individually wrapped or in pouch form. Our konjac jelly treats are individually wrapped, making them a great option when you want a small treat or need to bring something to munch on when you are on-the-go. Another difference between konjac jelly snacks is the type of sugar used. Some konjac jellies are sweetened with high-fructose corn syrup. Others are sweetened with erythritol, which is a sugar alcohol. Pac Pac Snacks Konjac Chews products are sweetened with beet sugar, which we believe gives konjac jellies the most pleasant and delicious level of sweetness.

Yuzu Lemonade and Berry Punch use all natural flavoring. Our Mango and Matcha Konjac Chews, however, do contain a small amount of artificial flavoring.

Konjac jelly is associated with weight loss due to its low-calorie and fiber properties. The fiber content of konjac jelly, derived from konjac flour, can contribute to a feeling of fullness and reduced appetite. When consumed as part of a balanced diet, konjac jelly can be a helpful addition to a weight loss regimen. Konjac jelly is low in calories, making it a suitable alternative to high-calorie snacks or desserts. By incorporating konjac jelly into your diet, you can satisfy your cravings while keeping your calorie intake in check. Additionally, the fiber in konjac jelly can aid digestion and promote regular bowel movements, which can be beneficial for weight management. Our Mango, Matcha Yuzu Lemonade and Berry Punch Konjac Chews products all have approximately 0.6g of fiber and 15-20 calories per serving.
It's important to note that konjac jelly alone is not a magic solution for weight loss. It should be consumed as part of a well-rounded, calorie-controlled diet and combined with regular physical activity for optimal results. As with any dietary change, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian before making significant modifications to your eating habits.
