This Privacy Policy explains how Pac Pac Snacks ("Pac Pac," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit or make a purchase on pacpacsnacks.com (the "Site").
Information We Collect
Device Information
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect information about your device, browser, and how you interact with our pages. Order Information

We use Order Information to fulfill orders, including processing payment, arranging shipping, and sending confirmations and invoices. We also use it to:
- Communicate with you about your order or account;
- Screen orders for risk or fraud; and
- Send you product updates or marketing, when you've told us that's okay.
We use Device Information to help detect fraud and to improve the Site, such as understanding how visitors browse, measuring the performance of our marketing, and tailoring the ads we show.

We share Personal Information with service providers who help us run the Site and our business. For example:

- Fulfillment centers and shipping carriers, such as USPS, receive the Order Information needed to ship your order.

Behavioral Advertising

SMS/MMS Marketing Program
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we'll use the information you provide only to send and respond to those messages, including sharing it with the platform providers, carriers, and vendors who help us deliver them. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer your phone number or related information to third parties for profit.
We may still disclose information as needed to comply with law or regulation, respond to a government request, avoid liability, or protect our rights or property. When you sign up for text messages, you agree to give accurate and complete information and not to use a name you're not authorized to use. If we believe information you've given is false, incomplete, or was submitted in bad faith, we can deny you access to the program and pursue appropriate remedies.

What We Collect When You Shop With Us
When you buy something from us, we collect the personal details needed to complete the purchase, such as your name, address, and email. When you browse the Site, we also automatically receive your device's IP address, which helps us understand your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if you've opted in): we may send you emails about Pac Pac, new products, and other updates.
Text marketing (if you've opted in): we may send texts about Pac Pac, new products, and other updates, including checkout reminders triggered through automated messaging.
Minors

When you place an order, we keep your Order Information on file unless and until you ask us to delete it.
