I bought both the Mango and the Green tea flavors to try them out, and man. I'm happy I finally found a little snack that I can enjoy regularly.Pros: The texture of the chews is really nice. It's silky smooth, and I liken it to those little shelf stable jello shots that you could buy in a plastic container, but in a small square form. The flavor on them is really good and while it's fairly chewy, I like just taking a tiny bite and letting it melt on my tongue so I can savor the fruit or tea flavorThis uses real sugar, which is a major bonus to me. I understand that people view konjac as a health food, and thus believe anything that uses it should be 0 calorie, but for someone like myself who has issues with sugar substitutes (sugar alcohols, Splenda, and even monkfruit extract,) but still wants a tiny treat, this is great. It's still only 15 calories, which clocks in way lower than most gummi treats. For reference, a single sour gummy worm is about the same, and this is about 4 times the size.Cons: The aspect of the gastrointestinal distress this can cause in some people. This is unfortunately a reality of konjac, and the only recommendation I can make is to try to start with only one and see how your body reacts to it. Try and chew very thoroughly and savor it.This tastes awesome, thanks for making a neat product.
